Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

Payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed.
Duplicate payment is made due to a technical error.
The ordered product becomes unavailable after payment.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on the bank, Razorpay, payment gateway, or financial institution.
Customers will be notified once the refund has been initiated.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the request and may offer a replacement, return, or refund as applicable.
Failure to report issues within the specified period may result in rejection of the claim.
NG Tea operates as a multi-vendor marketplace platform.
Certain products may be supplied by independent vendors. Refund and return requests may require coordination with the respective vendor for verification and resolution.
However, customers should always contact NG Tea directly through the official support channels for assistance.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement may qualify for a full refund if processing or dispatch has not started.
Orders that have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
Approved cancellation refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Refund requests may be rejected if:
False or misleading information is provided.
The returned product does not match the original order.
Evidence of misuse, tampering, or intentional damage is found.
